THE ROYAL MAIL HOTEL

(formaly The Royal Hotel)

This colonial style building was constructed in 1890 and has served as a staging point for coaches during the gold rush era.

The hotels name change occured for the 1970 filming of Mick Jaggers "Ned Kelly" filmas the pub was used for various scenes.

The Bushranger Bistrio is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner serving country-style meals.

The new childrens area has been a great hit and is very popular with the littlies.
